Here in the Pacific Northwest we live in a rain forest surrounded by mountains. This means 2 things.
1. When the rain comes for the winter months you park your bike. This give you 4 or 5 months to fix all those things you wanted to get to that season. As well as the luxury of starting a new project if you got the scratch to scrape something together.
2. You need a winter hobby. Cos if you can't skate or ride, thats a whole lot of beer drinking to get done over the shitty months.
I got married, my wife snowboards and some of the crew used/ and still does so I'm riding again after taking couple of seasons off. Fucking stoked. This season is supposed to be really good for snowfall. So I'll have something to occupy my time while waiting for parts or just keeping me from getting old, fat and drunk.....

mooked up
Neale had a ruff summer. His pre-unit had one too. You can't tell in this picture but the frame is real bent from an accident.
He's looking for a pre-unit frame if anyone has any leads.
On a recent visit to jolly 'ol he came back with this girder. After a sandblast and a quick looksee of how it might look on a bike there is no denying that Neale is fucking stoked...

Moving...
Been a little slack in posting lately. We're in the process of not only moving into a new shop but a new home as well. Because of all the confusion I haven't had chance to shoot photos, work on any bikes or even just shoot the shit and hang out with the crew.
Sucks, especially when I have 99% of the parts I need to finish the cafe project now....

Sturgis North or WTF?
I got this sent to me on Facebook of all places. It was some bullshit event invite you can get all the gritty details here
In clarification I am a huge fan of motorcycles, but this one is beyond me. The name of the event was enough to throw me off to begin with. Then looking through the site almost brought my breakfast right back up.
I guess getting on your bike and making your own adventure is a lost art.
Thank god Dave still puts on Disaster Daze....

RIP
Gary passed away on the day I got married, almost at the same time I was getting married.
He was a good man with a hell of a lot of stories. He loved motorcycles and cars.
His first ride on a bike consisted of buying a 250 BSA and riding to Vegas right away.
Thats old school balls.
He will be missed by all that had the fortune of knowing the man....

I'm back....
Back from eternal sin, Here is a few randums from Vegas.
From hanging out in the desert, strange can bottles and odd urinal advice there wasn't a shortage of things to keep you from shaking your head.
Also what other city in the world would let 9 drunks into the range to fire automatic weapons...go figure
