This tank has been passed around more than a turnout at an angels party. It came on a real shitty triumph chop someone had attempted to build and ended up on the '52. Till I convinced Robby to let me get my hands on it again so we could make something out of it.
It was nice to see no bondo under the layer of black spray paint. The thing wasn't to shitty inside either....
Out comes the gas cap bung....
Got the tunnel all chopped out....
Robby thought best to measure bottom up to get a proper line...The man is a thinker.
Have another go 'round with the grinder...
Put it together and see what ya got...Looks about right. We called it a night right around there. Decided to leave all the fun stuff for another day.
